Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Fee Refund Policy

School fees once paid are generally non-refundable. Refunds, if any, will be processed only under exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the School management.

2. Duplicate / Excess Payment

In case of duplicate or excess payment, the excess amount may be adjusted against future fees or refunded upon written request. Users must provide proof of the transaction.

3. Failed Transactions

If payment is deducted but not reflected in the School’s account, the amount will be refunded by the bank/payment gateway within the standard processing time (usually 5–10 working days).

4. Cancellation of Payment

Once a payment is successfully made, it cannot be cancelled through the website. Any cancellation request must be submitted to the School administration.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method wherever possible.
