St. Andrew’s Public School was founded in 2006 as a Co-Educational Institution. It bears the name of St. Andrew is the Patron Saint of the School.

St. Andrew was one of the less spoken of the Disciples of Christ. He said less but contributed much to the ministry and mission for which he was chosen. From his example we obtain such values as unquestionable trust, perseverance, constancy, love and selfless service. Is is on these that we base our project in education.

  • Our school is now affiliated to the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education and West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education, leading to Class X and XII examination
  • The Medium of Institution will be English for all subjects, except the Vernacular (i.e. Hindi & Bengali)
  • The School will continue to be a Private, Unaided, Co-Educational and Minority School as was in the past.

Further, the school will erect a new building for the expansion of the school. Please note that this will be a ONE STOP school for the education of your child at the school level.

School follow the syllabus common to the various W.B.B.S.E. and W.B.C.H.S.E school, with English as the First Language throughout the school. The school will provide Humanities, Science and Commerce streams with a stress on extra co-curricular activities.
